Babies and baptism

Parents bringing their children for baptism may or may not be regular churchgoers, but as the Church family we promise to support them as they seek to bring up their children in the Christian faith.

Do you welcome and baptise children but never see many of them again? How can we help and encourage families to “walk with us in the way of Christ and grow in the knowledge of his love” as we pray in the baptism service?
