The Revd Phyllis Bainbridge, who holds the Bishop of Derby’s Permission to Officiate, has been appointed Assistant Curate (known as Interim Minister) for Hucknall, Diocese of Southwell and Nottingham, for a period of six months commencing on 1 May 2018.
Mrs Bainbridge will continue to hold the Bishop of Derby’s Permission to Officiate during this period. Her contact details will remain unchanged.
The Revd Toby May, Vicar of Christ Church Alsager, Diocese of Chester, has been appointed Vicar of the benefice of Whitfield, Diocese of Derby. Mr May hopes to take up his new post in September.

The Revd Chris Andrew, who holds the Bishop of Derby’s Permission to Officiate, has been appointed Interim Assistant Curate (to be known as Interim Priest) of Morton and Stonebroom with Shirland, Diocese of Derby, for a period of one year . Mr Andrew will be licensed on Monday 26th February by the Bishop of Derby in the Bishop’s Chapel, Duffield.

The Revd Phil Mann, Planting Curate at Holy Trinity Brompton, Diocese of London, will be licensed as Pioneer Minister of the Derby City Bishop's Mission Order, Diocese of Derby, on Tuesday 1st August in the Bishop's Chapel, Duffield, by the Bishop of Derby. Mr Mann will be based at St Werburgh's Church, Friar Gate, Derby. The primary focus will be on young people, including students and yound professionals.
