It is anticipated that she will work Monday - Friday, 9 am - 1 pm. The Revd Dawn Glen resigned as Assistant Curate (to be known as Associate Priest) of Brailsford with Shirley, Osmaston with Edlaston and Yeaveley with particular responsibility for Wedding Ministry, Diocese of Derby, with effect from 31st December, 2016. Mrs Glen continues to hold Permission to Officiate in the benefices of Kirk Langley and Mackworth and of Mugginton and Kedleston, in the same diocese.
The Revd Jane Lyon, who holds the Bishop of Derby’s Permission to Officiate, has been appointed Assistant Curate (to be known as Associate Priest) of Belper St Peter, Diocese of Derby. Miss Lyon will be licensed on Monday 27th February at 7 pm at Belper St Swithun by the Bishop of Repton.
After 25 years of Diocesan life both in Derby and Southwell and Nottingham, David Meredith has decided to resign his position a Director of Finance at the end of June.
The Revd Louise Petheram will be licensed as Interim Part-Time Priest-in-Charge of Youlgreave, Middleton, Stanton-in-Peak and Birchover, Diocese of Derby, on Wednesday 24th May at 7.30 pm at All Saints Youlgreave by the Bishop of Repton assisted by the Acting Archdeacon of Chesterfield.
