This Man: A modern Oratorio, St Peter's Church Belper, 14 October

Prepare to be blown away! The Easter story as you've never heard it before. Written by Anne de Waal and directed by Dana de Waal. This is modern oratorio was first created for a school in South Africa, where the composer Anne de Waal was employed as a music teacher. Asked to write something for an Easter celebration assembly the first song 'Riding on a Donkey' was born. Given free reign to write music for the school choir the Oratorio began to take shape. When Anne relocated to the UK the music was developed for adult choirs. To book thismantickets.co.uk or call 01332 832 537.
