The Derbyshire Churches North India Partnership
Since 1977 the Derbyshire Churches have had a partnership with the Church of North India. In July 2008 most of the CNI bishops visited Derbyshire as part of the preparations for the Lambeth Conference. Several local churches, and groups of churches, in Derbyshire have links with particular dioceses in North India, and there are always possibilities for more such links. There are also opportunities for doing voluntary work in schools or hospitals in North India, and if you are travelling to India advice and contacts can be given to you.
Visit the Derbyshire Churches North India Partnership website for more details.
