Most churches are now effectively a small business being run by trustees who may not realise the extent of their responsibilities. This 2 hour session offers a nuts and bolts training/refresher for treasurers, including role and responsibilities, basic bookkeeping and budgeting, and linking into discipleship and Christian life through stewardship.
